Access
To gain access to River Ranch Resort you must be a member of the River Ranch Property Owners Association (RRPOA). River Ranch Acres is one of the last private recreational areas left in Florida, for those wishing to enjoy outdoor activities. The area is managed by the RRPOA. In order to access the property and to take advantage of the membership, you will need to join the RRPOA. You can enter through the main gate located off of CR 630 which is off of Hwy 60 East of Lake Wales.
Activities
At River Ranch Resort you can go ATVing, camping, hunting and much more! You can bring a trailer, RV, or any wheeled vehicle (no larger than 10′ x 40′) and use it among the miles of safe riding trails. Deer, wild boar/hogs, quail, and turkey are all available to be your target on River Ranch’s hunting property.
Fees
The fees for annual membership of the RRPOA is $175 per member. This membership would cover your wife/ husband and children through college. Each paid member of the RRPOA can purchase up to 2 transferable guest passes for $145 per year.

Kids 16 and under must wear helmets.
Members have to be present to bring in the guests.
All hunting at River Ranch follows all normal hunting rules and seasons for the state of Florida and except for RRPOA sponsored events. There is no hunting out of any Florida season.
You cannot build a house, cabin, or any structure on this lot!
RRPOA Membership allows you to use the thousands of acres of RRPOA controlled lands.
RRPOA Membership allows you to hunt, fish, ATV, camp, and much more.
RRPOA Membership allows you to camp on the RRPOA owned temporary camping area.
You can NOT camp on an Access lot, access lots are considered non-camping lots (this is an access lot). However, you will be allowed to camp in the temporary camping area.

What kind of deed will I receive?

Can I ride ATVs, dirt bikes, and recreational vehicles?
Dirt bikes are not allowed. However, ATVs, trucks, buggies, RV’s, etc. are all welcome.
Can I go anywhere in the area?
You have access to the whole area except the private campsites which are clearly visible.
Can I camp on an access lot?
No, but you can camp in the temporary camping area.
Can I bring my RV?
Yes, but it must remain at the temporary camping area.
Can I hunt?
Yes, in the hunting area (hunting laws still apply).
Do I need a 4×4 to access the area?
Not to enter and to get to the temporary camp lot. If you’re taking your jeep/truck off-roading on the trails, certain areas do require 4×4 to access.
When is River Ranch open?
24/7, 365 days a year.
Can I bring my family?
Yes, but children under 16 must wear a helmet while on an off-road vehicle.
